4ever & a day

Hey guys!

So, I realise it's been 4ever since my last post (on this blog at least), so here's some quick updates on how life's been treating me:

* Pat and I failed our project work, BIG TIME. However, the day before yesterday we did meet up with a couple of guitarists/bassists/pianists (yes, they play a lot of instruments...), so now, just a few months to late, we actually have a band. The only thing left for us to do before kicking things into gear is to find a place to practise (the basement didn't really work out)

* I GOT ACCEPTED TO BRS! For those of you who doesn't know what that is, BRS stands for the British Racing School. Simply put, BRS is a school that educates people who wants to work in the horse racing industry. I'd really like to become a jockey by profession, but then I'd have to loose about 6 kilos (I currently weigh 55 kg, and the weight limit for a professional jockey is 8 stone or about 51 kg), and I'm not sure if I'm ready to starve myself just to ride. Luckily, the weight limit for jump jockeys is slightly higher (approximately 61 kg), so if I can't loose enough weight to ride flat races, I suppose steeplechase would be a sufficient alternative.

* SARAH'S BACK FROM FRANCE SOON! I miss her like hell, but now it's just a couple of months left.

* I'm graduating the 2nd of june. My grandma's gonna bake a cake shaped like a graduation cap. Can't wait to see how that turns out.

* My beloved Chuck has finally given up and crashed. Stupid me who forgot to copy my pictures and stuff. My heart frickin broke when I realised that all the work I'd done on Sirocco (my "book") for the last year and a half is G.O.N.E.
